Shannon and Becky are both incredibly passionate about helping others heal. This special event will include a Flow & Restore Yoga practice, lead by Shannon, with the magical sound healing of Becky's singing bowls. We will invite both movement and stillness in this 90 minute offering, and feel on a deeper level that everything in life is vibrating.
