Shannon has a special talent for seeing your inner light and her retreats leave you glowing!  Intuitive, curious and kind, she mixes restorative rituals, empowering workshops and creative yoga classes for an empowering experience. As a new mom, I was looking for support to feel like myself again and to define success on my terms. She helped me set a vision and goals at her 2023 retreat and that vision is now my daily life! She understands how hard change can be and makes it easy for you to take steps towards a life that feels right for you.
